1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: Orders will be shipped within 2–3 business working days after confirmation and payment.
  • During sale periods or high volume, dispatch may take up to 5 business days.
  • You receive an Email/WhatsApp notification when your order is shipped, including the tracking number.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Free Standard Shipping on all prepaid orders over ₹699 wherever applicable.

3. Delays Due to Rainy Season or Natural Disasters

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as heavy rainfall, floods, landslides, or other natural disasters may lead to unavoidable shipping delays or can lead to cancellation.

  • Deliveries may take additional business days in affected areas.
  • In the event of significant disruption, you will be notified via email or WhatsApp regarding new estimated delivery timelines.
