Refund policy
1. Exchange Policy
Exchange is only eligible if received item by customer is damaged. We will send new item in return of damaged item.
We do not offer refunds for our products. In case of damaged item is out of stock during exchange process, we will issue a coupon code to purchase new item from our website of same price.
Return Window: Customers may request a return within 3 days of delivery only if received items are wrong or damaged.
Report to us: For Damaged items, customer must have to report to Nirvahna Jewels customer support team in 24 hours (Email: hello@nirvahna.com) window once item is received, fail to do so customer is not eligible for return for damaged items.
Conditions for Exchange:
- For Damaged or wrong items, customer have to report to Nirvahna's customer support team in 24 hours window.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- Original invoice, packing slip, and accessories must be included.
- No signs of wear, damage, or alterations.
- Unboxing video is must be shared with us to get eligible for returns if empty box or damaged product is received after which return request will be reviewed and approved by Nirvahna Jewels customer service team.
- A ₹ 100 return fee applies (to cover handling/reverse logistic/shipping)
- Customer has to return any free gift if it is applicable, should also be returned during exchange.
- For sizing issues, customer must have to share photo of sizing issue while wearing.
Non‑exchangeable Items:
- Items beyond the 3‑day return window are not exchangeable.
- Products showing signs of use, missing freebies, or promotional items.
- Items purchased on sale or using discount offer. Buy 1 Get 1 Offer products are not returnable unless you receive damaged product.
- Customised or personalised jewellery.
Process:
- Send us email at hello@nirvahna.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return. Also kindly share unboxing video and attach supporting photos in email.
- We'll respond within 24 hours and schedule a pickup via reverse logistics.
- A ₹ 100 return fee applies (to cover handling/shipping).
- We'll collect the original item and ship the replacement after inspection.
2. Refund Policy
- Coupon: Issued for returns if exchanged item is out of stock; valid for 3 months and coupons only can apply at www.nirvahna.com checkout page.
- Non-compliance: No coupon will be issued if packaging is incomplete or the item shows wear; such items may be returned to the customer
- We will send coupon code to customer email address or on WhatsApp only. (if exchange item (In return of damaged item) is out of stock).
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 working days once product received back to warehouse.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Once shipped, Nirvahna Jewels cannot cancel COD and pre-paid orders.
